I have been drawing detail drawings since 2011. My artwork is found in collections around the world and I have worked with countless people on a commission basis to bring their beloved custom art into their home.

I specialise in drawing detailed drawings of scenes and places. 

Places of the present and modern day.

Scenes of the past which no longer exist. I could bring history back to life for you by carefully researching the history and location of the scene and bringing it back to life in detailed and atmospheric art. 

This will be impossible with photography, but with traditional art it can be made possible and brought back into your home for you to enjoy forever.

We'll begin with a thorough consultation to discuss your vision. Please provide me with as much detail as possible, including:

•  Subject Matter: Specific building, landscape, or structure (e.g., "My childhood home," "The Eiffel Tower," "The local church").

•  Desired Size: Please specify the desired dimensions of the finished drawing.

•  Style: Do you prefer a photorealistic style or a more loose and expressive interpretation?

•  Timeline: Please provide a preferred timeframe for completion, if possible.

Concept and Quote: Based on our discussion, I will create a preliminary sketch and provide you with a personalized quote. The quote will include:

•  Drawing Size, typically A4

•  Level of Detail:

•  Materials: High-quality archival paper and graphite pencils.

•  Estimated Timeline:

•  Commission Fee:

I charge between £100 - £150 for an A4 sized drawing

Agreement and Deposit: Once you've approved the quote and concept, we'll agree on a contract outlining the terms of the commission. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is required to secure your commission slot.

Progress Updates: I will keep you updated on the progress of your drawing throughout the entire process, typically with daily updates (depending on the complexity of the project). You can expect to see photos and videos of the drawing in progress.

Revisions: I am happy to make minor revisions to the drawing during the creation process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Delivery: The finished drawing will be carefully packaged and shipped to your preferred address.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available upon request from Leyland Lancashire.

Payment: The remaining balance of the commission fee is due upon completion of the drawing before shipping or pickup. I accept Paypal, bank transfer and cash.
